Bad cop vs Good cop.
Now that I've gotten your attention, would you be interested in thinking about these two questions before we continue?
What makes a good survey?
What makes a bad survey?
Well let’s not put labels on the surveys itself but let's dig in deeper of how the survey is being conducted.
In order to obtain the key points regarding a topic, movement, etc., several surveys are started to collect statistical data from focus groups. Yet, certain question types default to a response based on the provided answer choice scales.
As a result, data is used excessively, which makes it challenging for respondents to get an explanation and makes them afraid to respond.

In the end, surveys are about gathering accurate data, therefore having a good one is important as opposed to a terrible one.
